ONE-TO-ONE HOLISTIC HEALING AND MEDITATION

In these one-to-one sessions, I intuitively combine a number of techniques. As well as healing, these may include meditation, counselling, life coaching, massage and the use of flower chromatic essences to assist the healing process.

We are all unique, and therefore the cause of dis-ease in one person may not be the same in another. Healing is a holistic process, working on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.

Through meditation, we can bring the whole of our being – body, mind and spirit – into harmony and balance. Counselling and life coaching can give us direction, and can help us in understanding what it is we really want in our lives, and what maybe stopping us from achieving it. Some gentle massage may be given in the session to assist relaxation.

Flower chromatic essences assist with healing through the aura.

BODY MASSAGE

Body Massage is a relaxing therapy, working over the whole of the body, to relieve stress and tension, and to rebalance the body’s energies.

Massage is possibly the oldest therapeutic technique known. The Chinese had a system of massage at least 5000 years ago.
Many modern day massage techniques are based upon the work of Heinrich Ling, a Swede, who developed a scientific system of massage in the early 19th century. This became known as “Swedish Massage”.

On a physical level, massage increases blood circulation, assists lymph drainage and detoxifies the body. It harmonises all the body systems, creating a feeling of total relaxation and well-being.

If there is a particular problem, e.g. lower back pain, then more time can be spent working on this area of the body.

Cost: £30 for 1 hour

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

Indian Head Massage is a traditional treatment, used by Indian women for over 1000 years.

Working on the upper back, shoulders, neck and head, the massage gently but firmly releases any stress or tension from these areas. This part of the treatment is a dry massage, no oils being used. The massage can be given through light clothing if preferred, but is most effective directly onto the skin.

The massage continues on the scalp using a specific blend of oils, which are said to promote hair growth. This again releases any tension, and brings about a feeling of relaxation and well-being.

Cost: £25 for 40 minutes approx
